Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carrier Sales Manager, located in USA/UAE/India with flexibility for remote work. The Carrier Sales Manager will manage and grow relationships with telecom carriers, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee account management. Daily tasks will include negotiating rates, handling inquiries, managing freight operations, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills for maintaining professional carrier relationships
  • Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Experience in Account Management with attention to detail in client and carrier interactions
  • Understanding of freight operations and related processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for managing sales performance
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in telecom or a related industry is an advantage
