Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates for a Carpenter, Tiles mason, and Block and Plaster work specialist at Wisdom Interior Decor LLC. The role includes performing carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors, windows, and finish carpentry details according to design specifications. The candidate will carry out tile installation, block work, and plastering to achieve high-quality surfaces and finishes for walls, floors, and ceilings. Daily responsibilities involve reading and interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, using hand and power tools safely, and coordinating with site supervisors and other trades. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized work area, following health and safety procedures, and ensuring all work meets company standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills, including framing and finish carpentry, with the ability to work from drawings and site instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, fixing, and assembling materials.
• Experience in tiles masonry, including surface preparation, tile cutting, laying, grouting, and finishing.
• Practical experience in block work and plastering, ensuring level, smooth, and durable surfaces.
• Ability to measure accurately, calculate material requirements, and maintain quality workmanship under time constraints.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various site conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in carpentry, masonry, or construction trades is preferred.
