Job summary

Want More is seeking a Carpenter - Construction and Remodeling Specialist to construct, install, and repair wood-based structures on Abu Dhabi sites. You will use tools to measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to blueprints and specifications.

The role requires at least 2 years of carpentry experience, physical fitness, safety awareness, and good communication to collaborate with team and clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of carpentry experience.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
• Ability to work safely in high-risk construction environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Measure, cut, shape, fit and join materials according to specifications.
• Inspect structures for defects and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment on construction sites at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project requirements.
