The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is seeking a dynamic and student-focused Career Advisor to play a key role in developing career-ready graduates and supporting students throughout their professional journey.

In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with students, alumni, employers, and industry partners to provide career coaching, develop employability skills, facilitate workshops, and create opportunities that help students transition successfully into the workforce.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-to-one career coaching and career planning support

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Experience in career advising, employability, recruitment, coaching, counselling, talent acquisition, education, or student services
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or career development programmes
• A genuine passion for helping students and graduates achieve their career goals
• The ability to engage confidently with students, employers, alumni, and academic stakeholders
