MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care support within scope of regulator guidelines and aligned with quality and patient safety standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Provide fundamental Patient Care under the guidance of licensed personnel
  • Maintenance and supervision of Central Sterile Supply items in the ward
  • Upholding and advocating for Patient Rights
  • Participation in intentional rounds
  • Provide general administrative services to the unit to ensure effective daily operations
REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent and a formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing or equivalent from an institution accredited in home country

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Inpatient hospital setting as HCW

Health Service background with a basic understanding of health and social care in a clinical setting

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
