The role requires recognized specialist qualification in Cardiac Surgery, UAE licensing eligibility, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Recognized specialist qualification in Cardiac Surgery or an accepted equivalent relevant to the role.
• Eligibility for, or an active licence from, the relevant UAE health authority.
• Demonstrated competence in cardiac surgical assessment and perioperative care.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients with cardiovascular conditions that may require surgical intervention.
• Review clinical histories, imaging, and surgical assessments.
• Contribute to surgical planning and multidisciplinary treatment discussions.
• Participate in cardiac surgical procedures and perioperative care within training and privileges.
• Monitor patients progress and coordinate postoperative management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in audits and quality-improvement activities.
