Talentspoc LLC seeks an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a premier healthcare facility in the UAE. You will deliver specialized anesthesia for cardiac surgeries, manage perioperative care, and collaborate with cardiac surgeons and critical care teams.

The role requires MBBS or equivalent, plus advanced fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia and demonstrated expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and TEE. UAE licensure and a collaborative, patient-centered approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and major cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and cardiovascular surgeries.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and evaluate cardiovascular risks.
• Administer general and specialized anesthesia during complex cardiac procedures.
• Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring and intraoperative cardiovascular stability.
• Provide anesthesia support during cardiopulmonary bypass procedures.
• Manage transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) monitoring, where qualified.
• Provide post-operative anesthesia care and support patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.
• Manage perioperative emergencies and anesthesia-related complications.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification.
• Relevant Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Additional fellowship or advanced specialist training in Cardiac Anesthesia.
• Significant experience in cardiac anesthesia and cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Experience in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, TEE, and perioperative critical care is an advantage.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
