Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at GTA Cars, you will:

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing a professional, process-driven experience from first contact through to handover
• Communicate effectively to understand each customer’s needs and match them with the right vehicle and financial solution
• Maximise sales opportunities through showroom walk-ins, inbound inquiries, prospecting, and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and interactions in line with company standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Process-driven with a strong attention to detail
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve results
• Motivated and eager to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Skilled in effective communication, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Experienced in the automotive or retail sales industry (preferred, but not essential)
• Holding a valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
