Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate heavy trucks, car carriers and trailers across the UAE. You will load, deliver and ensure safe, efficient transportation of vehicles and equipment in line with company standards.

The role requires at least two years in Class 4 driving with trailers, solid knowledge of UAE roads and road regulations, and a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Matriculation completed and eligible to work in UAE.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving Class 4 vehicles with trailers.
• Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy duty trucks such as car carriers and flatbed/low bed trailers.
• Load and unload vehicles and deliver across UAE locations.
• Maintain fuel efficiency and ensure vehicle is full at end of shift.
• Inspect trucks and loads for defects and report issues.
• Submit trip sheets, fuel receipts and other documents on time.
• Keep driver logs updated per policy.
• Communicate with customers and planning staff to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain 100% damage-free delivery record and follow SOPs.
