A leading dining establishment in Dubai is seeking an experienced restaurant professional to welcome guests, manage orders, and uphold service excellence in Arabic cuisine. Candidates should possess strong leadership, customer service skills, and knowledge of traditional Arabic food. The ideal applicant will thrive in a high-volume environment and be proficient in Arabic, ensuring the best dining experience for all guests.
Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of Arabic dishes.
Take and process orders accurately, ensuring special requests are properly communicated to the kitchen.
Oversee table setup, service flow, and cleanliness of the dining area.
Handle VIP guests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Ensure food is served according to Arabic presentation and portion standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier to ensure timely service.
Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery, napkins, condiments).
2–4 years’ experience in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine restaurants.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent knowledge of Arabic food, ingredients, and traditional service style.
Ability to handle high-volume operations and VIP service.
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask.
