Job Descriptions

• Develops a disciplined, well harmonizing group, specifically in sight of:
• Guarantees strict following of general solution requirements and fundamental service policies, solution standards, cleansing check lists, etc.
• Personal and expert development of subordinates.
• Does duties as appointed by the F & B Manager.
• Makes sure that all visitors are greeted and also seated by the solution staff or by him/her self.
• Trains and sustains his/her employees based upon the basic service needs as well as fundamental service policies, recommending as well as selling.
• Takes part in decor and also preparing the dining establishment for promos and special occasions.
• Informs his/her staff members constantly on all promo, specialties as well as various other sales tasks.
• Makes sure a proper, proper order requiring to speed-up service which visitors receive the appropriate orders.
• Proactively participates in order taking, sales efforts, service and also visitor connections.
• Manages all grievances by instantly informing the Restaurant Manager or Asst. F & B Manager.
• Guarantees working technique and smooth group job between solution and also other divisions.
• Great communication abilities in English,
• Customer concentrated and able to function in a group.
