A leading hotel in Dubai is looking for a candidate to manage food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in hospitality, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to supervise teams effectively. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, training staff, and managing inventory. Fluency in English and familiarity with Micros software are desired.
You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the hospitality field with a maximum of years experiences in a similar role. You should possess a good knowledge in both written and spoken English and a wide familiarity with Micros would be desirable. Previous experiences in minor leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.
The ideal candidate will be customer driven and an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
