Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced finance professional to lead the formulation of rigorous financial structures, appraise investment proposals, and implement innovative financing aligned with ADNOC Strategy.

The role includes monitoring funding requirements, advising on capital structure, and supporting debt capital markets activities to meet short, medium and long-term funding objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• 12 years of professional experience in Financing or Accounting related positions.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support in negotiations for the establishment of new companies, formulating rigorous financial structures and financing arrangements.
• Evaluate ADNOC and Group investment proposals, undertake feasibility studies and review financing requirements.
• Appraise financing opportunities and options available to ADNOC in international financial markets and identify concessionary financing programs.
• Develop and present alternative options for refinancing and debt restructuring of ADNOC and Group liabilities.
• Provide advisory services to Group Company CFOs on capital structuring and financing decisions.
