Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-regional sales teams.
  • Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial.
  • Highly adaptable, commercially astute, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a strong customer-first approach.
  • Take full ownership of annual sales targets, budgets, and performance plans.
  • Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations.
  • Drive pipeline development, customer engagement, and sales conversion across all product lines.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and client quotations in line with business processes.
  • Build senior-level relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Continuously monitor market activity, competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on development, accountability, and results.
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance, and compliance standards.
