Miral Experiences, a regional leader in immersive attractions based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance (CAPEX). You will support the General Ledger, ensure accurate reporting, reconciliations, month-end activities, and IFRS compliance while partnering with Finance Business Partners to drive financial insight.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years of experience; IFRS knowledge and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Min 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ticket sales reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and related-party transactions.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules, lease accounting records, and financial trackers.
• Prepare accounting entries and day-to-day reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis on P&L and GL accounts.
• Support audits with required documentation and explanations.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain CAPEX tracking; monitor open purchase orders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners across the organization.
