Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social studies or related field with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (oral and written).
• Strong ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting and directing student clubs and club advisors.
• Implement annual plans addressing educational, cultural, and social needs of students and clubs.
• Coordinate campus events such as orientation, club fairs, and special days.
• Orient club board members and communicate policies and procedures.
• Review bills/invoices for student clubs and prepare related publications.
• Maintain records of events, proposals, budgets, contacts, contracts, media, and evaluations.
• Supervise travel arrangements for student-related trips following AU policies.
• Communicate with students about events and opportunities at AU.
• Seek feedback to identify improvements in student life programs.
• Supervise elections for student clubs and council officers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and coordinate monthly meetings with advisors.
