Creative & Social Intern

Love social? Constantly sending TikToks to your mates? Have a Notes app full of content ideas you'll probably never make? We should talk.

At Tactical, we build the kind of work people actually stop to watch. We create social-first campaigns, content and experiences for global brands that want to be part of culture, not just interrupt it.

This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll be part of the creative team from day one, working on real briefs, pitching ideas and helping create content seen by millions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on live client briefs from your first week.
• Helping develop creative concepts for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Writing captions, scripts and social copy that sounds like an actual human.
• Researching trends, creators and social-first ideas that deserve attention.
• Supporting content creation using Canva (Adobe skills are a bonus).
• Joining weekly creative reviews and sharing your ideas and perspective.
• Learning from some seriously talented creatives while building a portfolio you'll actually be proud of.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Lives and breathes social media and understands why content performs.
• Loves writing and has a natural, conversational style.
• Has a good creative eye and confidence using Canva (Adobe is a bonus).
• Is curious, proactive and happy to challenge ideas or bring their own.
• Is studying, recently graduated or self-taught with work they're excited to show us.
• Wants to learn, experiment and create work that people genuinely care about.
