Job summary

Flip retail seeks a Camp Boss for our labor accommodation in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The position oversees camp operations, health, security, and welfare of staff, ensuring compliance with local standards.

You will manage upkeep, coordinate with the camp nurse and HSE for medical matters, track man-days, and prepare daily/monthly reports for HR and workflows. Male candidates with Gulf experience and a Diploma or Graduation are preferred, with English and Hindi language skills required.

• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PP/Outlook) required.
• Fluent English and Hindi language skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to camp plans and maintain discipline in the camp.
• Maintain health, tidiness, and wastewater/waste management in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transport for camp staff and manage daily/monthly reports to HR/Operations.
• Monitor camp security with nurse and cleaners; supervise energy payments and petty cash.
• Report accidents/incidents to HR/Admin and ensure UAE regulatory compliance.
