Job summary

AL TARIQ in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Calibration Quality Assurance Specialist to perform end-item quality control on calibrated items, validate results, and ensure metrological traceability and compliance with current calibration conditions.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of calibration experience, is fluent in English, and possesses ISO 17025 knowledge with strong Excel skills to manage data, audits, and certificate releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in calibration activities.
• ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge required.
• Proficient in Excel.
• English communication skills required.
• Uncertainty measurements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform End-Item Quality Control checks on calibrated items and validate results.
• Verify metrological traceability and Calibration Measurement Capability (CMC) are up-to-date with current lab conditions.
• Conduct scheduled or random line audits to verify Preventive Maintenance and Intermediate Checking records are maintained.
• Verify Calibration Certificate accuracy in compliance with ISO 17025 and EAIC before release.
