Job summary

PD Prasanth Dewatering is seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman with AutoCAD expertise to support our Engineering and Project teams in the UAE. The candidate will prepare 2D technical drawings, incorporate revisions, and provide drafting support for ongoing construction projects on site.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years of CAD drafting experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CAD Draftsman experience
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
• Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred Experience in construction contracting or engineering projects
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a project site-based environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D technical and engineering drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop accurate construction and project drawings based on engineering requirements
• Interpret drawings, sketches, specifications and technical instructions
• Incorporate design changes and revisions as directed by Engineers
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, scale, alignment and detailing
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Teams and Site Teams for drawing requirements
• Maintain proper drawing revisions records and document control
• Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings
