Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cable testing, insulation diagnostics, or partial discharge analysis.
• In-depth understanding of MV/HV cable systems, insulation degradation mechanisms, and PD phenomena.
• Experience in field testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of underground cable networks.
• Familiarity with VLF testing, TDR, and PD testing methods and IEC 60270.
• Knowledge of Megger or equivalent testing equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and training on cable fault location, VLF testing, and PD diagnostic systems.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Assist customers in interpreting test results and offering diagnostic insights or recommended actions.
• Support commissioning, setup, and calibration of MV/HV testing and PD measurement equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for client understanding.
• Liaise with engineering and R&D to provide feedback on product performance and market needs.
