Job summary

Etihad Airways in the United Arab Emirates is seeking Cabin Crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain safety, and embody the Etihad service standard across flights.

The role includes a tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, with additional pay for flight hours and layovers depending on roster, plus relocation and accommodation support, annual leave, medical insurance and travel perks.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum height of 163 cm.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Represent Etihad in the sky, creating extraordinary guest experiences and keeping guests safe.
• Progress along the career path from Cabin Crew to Cabin Senior and beyond.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 21 years old
• At least 163cm tall
• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

Where your career can take you

• Economy → Business Class from 12 months
• Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
