Lifestyle in the UAE seeks a detail-oriented buyer support coordinator to streamline range build-ups, process orders, and handle supplier communications for timely product launches.

You will assist buyers with sample arrangements, invoicing, and reporting, coordinating with VM, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to keep all ranges on schedule.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange proforma invoices.
• Prepare range sign-off sheets with buyers.
• Generate stock and sales reports for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within LS and external stakeholders like suppliers.
• Data entry of all documents as required for all modules.
• Assist the buyer in routine activities like range build-up, sample arrangements, order processing and product performance.
• Arrange samples from suppliers and present during range sign-off.
• Prepare range sign-off sheet with buyers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange proforma invoices with required parameters.
• Generate stock reports for reviewing best sellers and slow movers.
• Prepare sales reports with photos for buying trips.
• Maintain catalogues/photographs/files (hard copy/scanned).
• Coordinate with VM and Marketing, share information and samples for upcoming range.

REPORTS TO : Senior Buyer/Buyer/Assistant Buyer, Lifestyle

KEY INTERACTIONS : Retail Operations, VM, Marketing, Logistics, CP team

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination between multiple stakeholders within LS and external stakeholders like suppliers.
• Responsible for data entry of all documents as required for all various modules
• Assisting the buyer in routine activities like range build-up, sample arrangements, order processing and product performance
• Arranging samples from suppliers and working with the buyer to present the same during range sign-off
• Preparation of range sign-off sheet by working very closely with the buyers
• Coordinating with suppliers to arrange proforma invoices with all the required parameters
• Generating stock reports of all the territories for reviewing best sellers and slow sellers, allocations, general reviews, etc.
• Preparing sales reports, attaching photographs and formatting them in a standard report for buying trips.
• Maintenance of catalogues/photographs/files hard copy/scanned copy.
• Coordination with other departments like VM and Marketing, and sharing information and samples about the upcoming range
• Updating CAM sheets and working closely with the E-commerce team to ensure all items are live on time
• Coordinating with all the buyers regularly, updating them on the status of the entries made and taking care of complete documentation
• Follow up on shipments and ensuring it leaves on time
• Check Proforma invoices against orders placed and prepare internal memos.
