Job summary

Create Recruitment Specialists Ltd has partnered with a fast-growing fashion brand in Dubai to hire a Buying / Product Assistant for the Product team. You will support Buyers and Product Developers through the development journey from concept to bulk production, manage samples and critical paths, coordinate with global suppliers, and assist costing and PO administration.

This fixed-term international assignment offers invaluable global experience and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Buying Administration or Product Assistant within fashion retail/brand.
• Solid experience across product development, supplier relations, coordinating critical paths, and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and PLM or product management systems experience.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with an exciting, fast-growing fashion brand to recruit a Buying / Product Assistant for their dynamic Product team based in Dubai. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious product professional looking to accelerate their career with an international brand that's redefining modern fashion.

Supporting Buyers and Product Developers, you'll play a pivotal role throughout the product development journey, from initial concept through to bulk production. You'll be at the heart of the process, managing samples, maintaining critical paths, coordinating with global suppliers, overseeing product information, supporting costing and purchase order administration, and ensuring collections progress seamlessly from development to delivery. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working at pace and takes pride in getting the detail right.

We're looking for someone with around 3–5 years' experience in a Buying Administration or Product Assistant position within a fashion retailer or brand. You'll have solid experience working across product development, managing supplier relationships, coordinating critical paths and confidently juggling multiple deadlines. Strong Excel skills, experience with PLM or product management systems and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will set you up for success.
