Involved Solutions LTD. is seeking a Data Scientist in the UAE to turn rich customer data into actionable insights that shape commercial decisions.

The role focuses on decoding buyer mentality, purchase intent and behavioural trends to drive revenue and growth. You will build predictive and segmentation models, collaborate with marketing, product and commercial teams, and translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a track record of models influencing business decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with full modelling lifecycle experience.
• Solid grounding in ML techniques including classification, clustering, regression and forecasting.
• Experience with customer, behavioural or transactional data to predict buyer behaviour.
• Commercially minded with ability to link analysis to revenue, retention and growth.
• Strong communicator able to translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build models that decode buyer mentality, purchase intent and behavioural trends.
• Develop predictive and segmentation models to inform commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and product teams to frame questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate complex analysis into narratives for senior leadership.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses about customer behaviour and measure impact of decisions.
• Contribute to evolution of the data science function with new techniques and tools.
