Black Pearl Consult seeks a highly capable married couple to manage and support daily personal and household needs of two elderly individuals across the UAE and internationally.

The role blends hands-on care, discreet professional service, estate management, and international coordination, overseeing multiple residences with a focus on safety, travel, and elite service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Healthcare or Private Service.
• 10+ years in Butler, Valet, or Personal Assistant role within a private household.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience supporting elderly individuals with sensitivity and care.
• Well-versed in etiquette, formal service, and professional standards.
• Strong physical stamina and 24/7 availability in residence.
• First Aid certification is mandatory.
• Valid international driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and companion to the male principal.
• Ensure day-to-day comfort, routine, and security, especially during travel between properties.
• Handle all personal logistics including appointments, errands, packing/unpacking, grooming arrangements, etc.
• Coordinate transportation and drivers; ensure vehicles are maintained and ready at all times.
• Travel with the principal domestically and internationally; liaise with travel providers, hotels, and service teams.
• Liaise with support teams to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.
• Oversee and ensure proper service of meals, refreshments, and guest hospitality.
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and discreet presence at all times.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with medical schedules and support needs; provide first response if needed.
• Supervise and manage household staff and supervise teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
