A private family based in the United Arab Emirates isseeking a highly capable, experienced, and trustworthy married couple to manage and support the dailypersonal and household needs of two elderly individuals. The role requires aseamless combination of hands-on care,discreet professional service, estate management, andinternational coordination. The couple will be responsible for overseeing a network of residencesacross the UAE and internationally,ensuring complete logistical, operational, and personalsupport.The ideal couple is discreet, professional, multilingual,loyal, and physically fit, with significant prior experience in private households. Culturalsensitivity, ability to manage multicultural staff,and adaptability to a changing schedule are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and companion to themale principal.
- Ensure the principal's day-to-day comfort, routine, andsecurity, especially during travel or movements between properties.
- Handle all personal logistics including appointments,errands, packing/unpacking, grooming arrangements, etc.
- Coordinate transportation and drivers; ensure vehicles aremaintained and ready at all times.
- Travel with the principal as needed domestically and internationally; act as liaison with travel providers, hotels, and service teams.
- Liaise with support teams to ensure appropriatearrangements are in place.
- Oversee and ensure the proper service of meals,refreshments, and guest hospitality.
- Maintain a respectful, calm, and discreet presence at alltimes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with medical schedules andsupport needs.
- Provide first response in case of medical incidents (FirstAid certified required).
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Healthcare or Private Service.
- 10+ years in a Butler, Valet, or Personal Assistant rolewithin a private household.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French,Spanish) are a plus.
- Experience supporting elderly individuals with sensitivityand care.
- Well-versed in etiquette, formal service, and professionalstandards.
- Strong physical stamina and presence; must be alert,composed, and available 24/7 while in residence.
- First Aid certification is mandatory.
- Valid international driver’s license.
