Our client is seeking a Business Unit HR Specialist for their Corporate Office department. The role's purpose is to ensure HR programs and services are delivered professionally and effectively to the HR client base. It primarily delivers the organization's HR People Agenda on the front line, as well as consulting and advising line management on a broad range of day-to-day HR policy and people issues in order to foster and maintain positive employee relations and engagement levels within the workforce.
The candidate should be able to guide and support the assigned business units for the execution of key HR policies and processes, including but not limited to the following:
He/she should also be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with People Managers across assigned business units and provide dedicated advisory and support for HR program delivery ensuring effective two-way communication flow between centralized HR and the business units.
The candidate should also be able to liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets, and provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
He/she must have a Degree Level Qualification in a Human Resource Management or Business Management field from a recognized university. Business Management degrees must include one or more modules related to Human Resource Management and/or Managing operations and a minimum of four years of progressive HR Management experience. This role is generalist in nature and candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and ability in all facets of HR. The candidate should have good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) and fluency in English (Arabic Language skills are desirable).
