What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a back-office role—it’s front and center. As our Client Engagement Associate, you’ll be the first spark in our client relationships. You’ll connect with accomplished, high-value individuals, understand their needs, and open doors to bespoke investment conversations. Your Day-to-Day


  • Own the first impression: Initiate high-impact outreach to prospective clients across the UAE and GCC.

  • Lead discovery conversations that build trust, uncover needs, and qualify opportunities.

  • Partner closely with our internal advisors to hand off warm, well-qualified leads.

  • Keep CRM systems sharp and updated, so every conversation is seamless and well-informed.

  • Collaborate across marketing, advisory, and senior relationship managers to refine messaging and uncover new angles.

  • Stay sharp on trends, markets, and offerings so your conversations stay relevant and valuable.

  • Show up with energy—across phone, video, email, and in-person channels.


Who You Are


  • A persuasive communicator who can build rapport in seconds—especially over the phone and on video.

  • Prior experience in sales, client-facing roles, telesales, or lead generation—bonus if that’s within wealth management or financial services.

  • Energized by targets, metrics, and high performance—you like to win, and you own your results.

  • Professional, credible, and emotionally intelligent when speaking with successful, discerning clients.

  • Fast, organized, and tech-savvy—especially with CRMs like Salesforce.

  • Fluent in English & Arabic.

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field? Great. But drive and communication will matter most here.
