Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Consultant to join an innovative recruitment technology platform in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional with SaaS experience who thrives in a high-performance environment bridging client needs with cutting-edge solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East via cold-calling, emails and networking.
  • Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement and C-Suite).
  • Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate terms with prospects.
  • Follow up diligently on leads, engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive business development.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reporting regularly on activity and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient and target-driven, able to perform under pressure.
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).
