Europe Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Business Setup Consultant to lead client consultations, advise on mainland or free zone licensing, and close signed agreements. You will own your sales pipeline, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive gross profit targets while mentoring colleagues.

The role offers competitive base salary plus commissions, company-generated leads, a clear commission plan, and access to Salesforce workflows, with a senior path toward Deputy

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience within a UAE business setup or corporate services firm is essential.
• Proven record of closing company formations and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone licensing preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; disciplined CRM use and follow-through.

YOUR ROLE

Lead client consultations, recommend appropriate mainland or free zone solutions and convert opportunities into signed agreements and paid business.
