This role is within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization, responsible for building long-term, strategic partnerships with clients. The team plays a critical role in educating brands and agencies on the commercial opportunities across TikTok, helping them connect meaningfully with our vibrant and growing user and creator communities. By leveraging our innovative, high-impact ad solutions, the team helps deliver native, engaging experiences that drive real business results.

About the role

The Business Partnerships Manager – Qatar Creative Studio is responsible for managing projects, studio activities, achieving revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through ad and creative product consultation, education, and support. Success as a Business Partnerships Manager – Qatar Creative Studio requires strong project management, sales, and creative skills, strong partnership with cross‑functional teams, problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Through this position, a BPM‑Qatar Creative Studio evolves beyond tactical day‑to‑day responsibilities and becomes an ally to the sales team when it comes to driving growth and value for the specific verticals. Whether dedicated to centers of excellence or other key industries, the BPM‑Qatar Creative Studio will provide holistic visibility and ownership of vertical projects as they relate to client campaigns, broader internal and external initiatives and Qatar Creative Studio activities.

  • Manage all the Qatar Creative Studio activities.
  • Develop the strategic approach for Qatar Creative Studio positioning.
  • Have holistic visibility and ownership of all ongoing vertical projects, as they relate to client campaigns and broader internal / external initiatives to drive vertical impact.
  • Build vertical expertise to provide key input at early stages when it comes to bespoke executions. The person in this role will have a clear understanding of which ideas would work best for their vertical, what would be the right project planning approach, which elements would be needed to guarantee success and mitigate risks, etc.
  • Identify sales opportunities that can help increase revenue for the pod as a whole.
  • Drive internal and external stakeholders seamlessly, especially as we increasingly execute mega projects across complex organizations / stakeholders. This role will become an extension of the sales team and a trusted figure that our clients and internal teams can rely on to enable project delivery.
Minimum Qualification
  • High oral fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate directly with business partners across the METAP region.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of creative digital marketing, especially the mobile and social landscape.
  • Background in business skills, creative, management, budgeting, and analysis.

  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership over projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
