BI Analyst - UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics team and play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across a rapidly expanding international business. This is an opportunity to join a team working across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Credit Risk and AI, using large and diverse datasets to develop insights and solutions that directly influence business performance and lending strategies.

About the Role As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and credit-related decisions. You will work closely with Data Science, Product and Business teams to understand performance, identify trends and develop recommendations that can have a tangible impact on the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
• Developing and monitoring BI reporting, dashboards and performance metrics
• Providing actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making
• Supporting credit risk analysis and the optimisation of lending strategies
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential areas of risk or improvement
• Collaborating with Data Science, Product and Business stakeholders across different markets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, reporting and data visualisation
• The ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• A strong understanding of business performance and data-driven decision-making
• Experience within fintech, banking, lending, credit risk or a data-driven environment would be highly advantageous
