Your new role

As Business Insights and CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of business intelligence and CRM strategies for the UAE affiliate. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer engagement through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

In addition, you will :
  • Develop a centralized insights hub to address key business questions and future needs.
  • Drive innovation in analytics, including AI-enabled tools and machine learning models.
  • Own and execute the UAE Business Insights strategy and roadmap in collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Assess data maturity and adoption levels and co-create action plans with affiliates to elevate BI capabilities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the UAE Leadership Team on commercial performance and KPIs.
  • Align customer strategy with commercial goals to enhance engagement and portfolio uptake.
  • Monitor competitor performance and ensure an outward-looking approach to benchmarking.

Your skills and qualifications

To be successful for this position, you have a Msc in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or any relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving business insights and CRM strategy and execution, ideally within pharmaceutical industry. You have proven ability to connect the dots across data sources and business needs, translating insights into strategic actions.

Furthermore, you have :
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and thinking beyond conventional approaches
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and proposing innovative solutions
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
