As Business Insights and CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of business intelligence and CRM strategies for the UAE affiliate. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer engagement through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

To be successful for this position, you have a Msc in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or any relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving business insights and CRM strategy and execution, ideally within pharmaceutical industry. You have proven ability to connect the dots across data sources and business needs, translating insights into strategic actions.
