About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Book meetings with HR and business leaders at target companies across multiple sectors.
- Present eMagine Solutions’ services in a compelling, consultative manner—both virtually and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and leadership to refine sales messaging and strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or SDR roles (B2B, recruitment, or professional services preferred).
- Proven success in booking meetings and generating qualified leads.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Familiar with modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email sequencing).
- Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Knowledge of the UAE/Middle East market is a plus.
