About the Role

We’re looking for energetic and driven fresh graduates to join Keeta as Business Development Specialists. In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines of growing our food delivery business - building partnerships with restaurants, helping them succeed online, and shaping the future of the industry in the UAE. What You'll Do

• Identify and engage catering merchants through appointments and door-to-door visits, reaching cooperation agreements.
• Support partner restaurants in setting up their online stores and train them to manage their delivery business effectively.
• Collaborate with merchants to plan online marketing campaigns and provide professional solutions to improve their delivery operations.
• Conduct regular visits to strengthen customer relationships and work with internal teams to resolve merchant queries.

What We Need From You

• Proficiency in Arabic and English. (Arabic fluency is required)
• Strong business negotiation and market development skills with the ability to spot opportunities and build partnerships.
• Integrity, honesty, strong execution, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, courage to take on challenges, and a collaborative, customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work primarily in the field, conducting on-site negotiations and supporting merchants face-to-face.
