Job summary

A leading ticketing platform in Dubai is seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities, develop sales strategies, and establish relationships with corporate partners. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over a year of relevant experience in business development or sales within the UAE's entertainment or hospitality technology sectors. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in entertainment, hospitality technology, or IT industry in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand presence.
  • Help build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and create a comprehensive outbound list.
  • Establish relationships with sports organizations and corporate partners.
  • Assist in negotiating business agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to help identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base.
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand Webook presence.
  • Help build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and create a comprehensive list for outbound leads
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, and corporate partners.
  • Assist in negotiating business agreements and partnerships.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and growth strategies.
  • Monitor sales & business development performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive user / client acquisition.
  • Support business development initiatives to align with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends.
  • Work with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Support and learn from senior team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in the entertainment, hospitality technology or IT industry in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
