What will you do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the KSA region
  • Ensure consistent engagement to understand evolving client needs and drive satisfaction
  • Support existing customers with technical and data-related solutions
  • Respond to RFPs and requisitions from potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including competitive account conversions
  • Generate qualified leads and develop a robust sales pipeline
How you will do it
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Leverage CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer interactions and reporting
  • Apply your understanding of technology platforms and basic IT concepts to support client needs
  • Work independently while coordinating cross-functionally across departments
  • Maintain awareness of regional market dynamics and customer expectations
What we look for
Required
  • 7–10 years of experience, ideally in sales to malls, retail chains, or commercial properties
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Based in Riyadh
