Position Overview

The Business Development Manager for Payroll Services will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our payroll platform Vayroll in the UAE. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored payroll solutions that meet client needs and comply with UAE labor laws.

Please note that this position will be employed under the Trans Skills Entity, not Ebury Partners. Trans Skills is a holistic human capital services firm that offers complete human-centric B2B services ranging from consultancy, outsourcing, technology, and training. Trans Skills is a business that revolves solely on the understanding, needs, and expectations of our clients, as well as candidates. Trans Skills is an officially licensed HR solutions company and is widely recognized in the United Arab Emirates. In 2023, Ebury Partners acquired Trans Skills but they still remain operating as their own entity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Vayroll payroll services and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Present Vayroll features and benefits to potential clients, demonstrating how it can streamline payroll processes and improve compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on payroll technology trends, competitor offerings, and UAE payroll regulations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
  • Report on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in payroll, HR technology, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE payroll processes, compliance requirements, and labor laws.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
