Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the ICT Department to align with the organization's goals and client requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing team of facility management professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage budgets for facility management projects, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue, and implement cost‑saving measures.
Operational Efficiency
  • Oversee day‑to‑day facility management operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
  • Implement best practices to optimize facility performance and energy efficiency.
Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet service level agreements.
Business Development
  • Research and identify new and existing business opportunities – including new market segments, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, tendering, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in ICT Project & Operations Management.
  • Strong project management skills and certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
