We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across the GCC market. If you have a strong network in architecture, interior design, and real estate development, and a passion for sustainable design, this is your opportunity to join an international brand shaping the future of interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a growth strategy for the GCC market.

Build and expand relationships with architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients.

Identify and secure high-value projects and long-term contracts.

Represent Greenmood at trade fairs, events, and networking platforms.

Collaborate with EU production & design teams to deliver bespoke client solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, reporting insights to senior management.

Lead full sales cycle: prospecting proposals negotiations closing deals.

What Were Looking For

10+ years of business development or sales experience in interior design, furniture, or related industries.

Established GCC network with architects, designers, and developers.

Proven success in driving revenue from high-value design projects.

Knowledge of design trends, sustainability, and biophilic concepts.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Office-based in Dubai, with frequent travel across GCC (and Europe for training).

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
