Post Description
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑end customers in the premium foodservice sector including 5‑star hotels, fine‑dining restaurants and gourmet establishments.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present weekly meeting based on sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to the Director Sales.
  • Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Profile Required
  • Currently active in the UAE market with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the high‑end foodservice sector.
  • Strong understanding of luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
  • Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent in French (preferred) to cater to French‑speaking clientele and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
