Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such opportunities.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing intermediaries and source new feeders.
- Enhance culture of innovation and reinforce our reputation as the preferred services provider in the UAE & GCC.
- Represent in a professional and diligent manner; meet, negotiate and correspond with clients to form strong working relationships.
- Use lead generation and leverage of existing clients with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needs.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for the company, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.
- Assist in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets.
- Develop and supervise a team of business development or marketing professionals.
- Participate in a high level of client interaction to support the building and maintaining of commercial relationships, upholding objectives for development and growth, and ensuring a good understanding of demands, expectations, and anticipating market changes as early as possible.
- Generate a high standard of service delivery and achieve successful outcomes for our clients, sustainably strengthening the revenue base.
- Capture, share knowledge and maintain effective communication.
- Deliver all work outputs accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or any other equivalent; Master degree is preferable.
- Experience: 3-7 years’ experience in sales within the UAE in Corporate Services or Wealth Management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Corporate Services industry and local market; basic understanding of AML and core compliance requirements; basic legal skills (understanding and analyzing legal documents); excellent (native) command of written and spoken English.
- Other Attributes: Goal oriented; good networking skills; enterprising skills; high integrity; self‑motivated; strategic selling; excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; willingness to travel.
