Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Implements strategic plan to pitch Main contractors, consultants, developers in construction industry to get project leads.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with Construction industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Responsible to bring in new clients through B2B or B2C contracts.
  • Managing client meetings, negotiations and revision with client on the quotations/ contract signing.
  • Represents company at all client meetings to promote company brand and product.
  • Coordinates liaison between business development department and other related units.
  • Prepares periodic reports showing sales volume, potential sales, lead status and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Qualifications
  • Min 8-10 years Proven track record in sales and business development in Natural stone or building material field in the local market.
  • Knowledge of marble, granite, ceramic, and quartz stones industry is an advantage.
  • Strong connections with Contractors, Consultants and Developers in construction industry is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
