About the Job
As a Business Developer you will be responsible for :
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels.
- Conducting market research to discover new business development opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Presenting software solutions to potential clients and tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

To be successful in this role you will need :
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- A results‑driven attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
- Familiarity with the software industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Salary : Competitive base salary of 11000 AED / 12000 AED per month.
- Bonus : 6.5 commission on yearly sales.
- Total package salarybonus can reach 210K to 220K AED per year.
