Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
  2. Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business and secure contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
  4. Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to ensure suitable candidate matching.
  5. Collaborate with internal researchers to match candidates to profiles and create a shortlist.
  6. Professionally present candidate shortlists to clients.
Requirements
  • A self-starter with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
