Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager for Forex at Vantage, you will drive growth by acquiring new clients/partners and expanding existing ones in the Forex / FX‑related segments. You will manage partner relationships (e.g. Introducing Brokers, Affiliates), identify market opportunities, provide strategic input, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver growth. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales drive, negotiation ability, and domain knowledge in Forex / CFDs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years\' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools; ability to use data / analytics for decision‑making.
  • Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs, or White‑Label partners; existing networks / client base is a strong plus.
