The Impact You'll Make

As our Business Development Manager for Danfoss High Pressure Pumps in Climate Solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving large project growth in High Pressure Pump products across the MENA region. You are commercially driven, with a proven track record in value selling, strategic account growth and business development in a B2B environment.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Application Managers, and Global Projects colleagues to generate new business, expand share in existing accounts, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of the Water treatment industry (Desalination & Water reuse).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop relationships and generate sales pipeline with end-users, consultants, engineering companies, EPCs, and other stakeholders.
  • Influence technology selection for new projects at early stages.
  • Collect and analyze market, competitor, and customer data to shape commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to position solutions and implement energy-efficient projects.
  • Execute sales growth strategy for Danfoss HPP business in MENA desalination market.
  • Lead customer engagements, including value-based presentations and large project pursuits.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data and gather Voice of Customer insights for marketing.
  • Analyze competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
  • Atleast 12 years of experience in value selling, demand creation, and strategic account development.
  • Proven relationships with end-users, consultants, EPCs in Water Treatment sector (GCC region).
  • Technical expertise in SWRO Desalination and Water Reuse is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and culturally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP/BI.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic/French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~15 days/month.
