A leading medical technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The role involves developing sales strategies for our Vocera portfolio in the Middle East. You'll promote and sell products, manage complex sales cycles, and maintain relationships with key customers. A Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, plus at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, are required. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity with 70% travel involved.
We are looking for Business Development Manager to develop sales and implement strategies for our Vocera portfolio (Clinical Communication and Workflow) in the Middle East region. The role will be based in Dubai and includes regular travel across the territory (UAE Qatar Bahrain).
Promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet our customers needs.
Identify qualify and close new customer sales opportunities plan and implement effective territory sales strategy. (Accurate sales forecasts each week / month.
Forecast and maintain necessary pipeline to support quota achievement.
Advance opportunities efficiently and with a sense of urgency through the sales cycle build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the Csuite to build trust and close deals
Conduct solution focused customer presentations including coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal team members
Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory developing business plan for the segment.
Work with the indirect teams (distributors) in the field to maximize customer touches and opportunities. Conduct direct hospital sales activities and ensure smooth PullThrough with distribution partners.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; and discovering and exploring opportunities.
Bachelors degree in business Medical or related.
IT / Biomedical / Medical Engineering background.
Experience in both Direct and Indirect sales.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders decisionmakers and influencers at multiple levels.
Solid understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics in healthcare.
Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and / or exceeding sales quotas.
