Business Development Manager – Dubai

Permanent | Full-time | Based in Dubai

I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading international law firm with a strong presence across the Middle East. The firm has five offices in the region, advising on a wide range of matters including real estate, corporate and commercial, construction and infrastructure, finance, and dispute resolution.

This role will be based in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi) and will play a key part in driving the firm’s profile and growth across the Middle East, while working closely with colleagues across the international network.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of regional BD and marketing activity, building relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic BD and marketing plans for the Middle East region.
• Supporting partners and lawyers in building and maintaining key client relationships.
• Managing and delivering regional events, sponsorships, and profile-raising campaigns.
• Coordinating legal directory submissions and marketing collateral.
• Collaborating with the wider global BD and Marketing team on cross-sector initiatives.
• Managing budgets and ensuring high-quality, creative delivery across all activity.

About you:

• Already based in the UAE, with experience in BD/Marketing within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Confident and credible, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong project management ability and attention to detail.
• A proactive and creative approach, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• CIM or equivalent marketing qualifications are desirable.
