A leading logistics company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to develop sales strategies focused on revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior sales experience in logistics, preferably with insights into the local market. Responsibilities include managing sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams, and establishing sales policies.
Business Development Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement the sales plan for Abu Dhabi with a focus on revenue growth, business development and profitability growth. To work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client / contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results.
Education – Bachelor degree (e.g. Logistics / Transportation); a Master degree is also preferable
Work Experience – A minimum of 5 years of senior sales or business development experience in the logistics industry is preferred. Experience specifically within the Abu Dhabi market is highly desirable to ensure relevant local industry knowledge and expertise.
